[cisco-voip] 7960 talking to two separate call manager systems

Eric,
Phones only register to one server at a time, and the "line control" for
the phone must reside on 1 CM server in the cluster where that phone is
registered.
Thus it is not possible for a phone to register to multiple server
within the cluster, or mutliple CM servers in different clusters
concurrently.
You can use TFTP server resolution to force the phone to home to
different clusters.
What exactly are you attempting to achieve?
