[cisco-voip] CDR Reporting

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a third party reporting
software that would show calls per hour, etc, how long
a caller put a call on hold, etc. 

I had customer ask about reporting their attendant
consoles (receptionists) activity and they want to get
measurements for calls per hour, and how long calls
are on hold, etc. Some of the data they were asking
about such as hold times I don't think are recorded in
the CDR.
