[cisco-voip] Intermittent One-way Audio delays when answering Cisco IP Phones

Hi,

I have been experiencing intermittent audio delays when calling IP Phone to
IP Phone. There seems to be about a 5 second delay from the time the person
answers to the time they can hear the person calling. The person calling
can hear the person answering right away. This is not limited to a
particular area or switch and does not happen every time making it
difficult to recreate and capture the issue. Has anyone else has
experienced this before?
