Look into workflows on your first question.

Look into vb scripts or even just batch scripts to do the login, but it
will become a real pain in the *** if you have AD integration with
password expirations, etc...

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC Express Questions

Hi,

First I'll say I'm new to the whole CRA/IPCC thing so if these are
stupid questions sorry. I looked through the archives and didn't find
anything. I'm using CRA 3.5(2) with ICD standard. Now for the questions:

Is there a way to make auto-availability in CRA have a delay? For
example if a technician is on the phone with a customer and needs to
finish recording information after the call and there is another call in
the queue with auto-availability on there is no time between ending the
first call and accepting the second. Is there a way for the agent's
state to go from not-ready to ready after 60 seconds?

Question 2: Is there a way to auto-login the desktop agent? I would
like to make it so when someone logs into there computer it logs into
there desktop agent also. Any way to do that?

Thanks,

Tony Bunce
