[cisco-voip] SRST and MGCP Failover

You might be missing this crucial line:

call application alternate DEFAULT
!
 
That's what makes MGCP kick over to the H.323 part of the gateway fully.

Issue: When operating in fallback-mode out bound calls work but incoming calls get reorder tone. I get the message stating that the mgcpapp was unavailable called:XX was route to the default applications but still reorder tone. Any ideas??
