I wasn't clicking on the Inbound.  I was only clicking on the agent.  All
works.

I have just gotten a new Supervisor on the enhanced Supervisor software
version 4.5.6.2 on IPCCX 3.5.2.  I have gotten Voice monitoring working, but
for some reason I can't get call recording working and the barge-in feature
to work.  Boxes seem to be grayed out.  Any ideas?
