That is because you most likely have it set in the device pool, and the
phones grab the config from there.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Call Manager Music Hold

Hello,

Does anyone know if it possible to disable Music on Hold for individual
phones in Cisco Call Manager 3.2? Although the option shows up in the
individual phone setup, when I select "none" for "User Hold Audio
Source" and "Network Hold Audio Source", the music still plays. I've
also tried resetting the MOH server but the music still plays.

Thanks,

Kevin
