[cisco-voip] Beep for no reason?

My beep problem solved....... and I feel like a dork for starting this
threat in the first place.

I finally was able to go over and sit with the user.  Users pc speakers
are right behind the phone.  When user got a high importance email the
email client beeped.  She thought it was the phone when in all reality
it was her computer.

Lesson learned.... don't start a threat until you work with the user.
