i wasn't threatend by the beeping. ;)

on that note, we have a few Blackberry users that complained of static on their Phone speaker which turns out to be some sort of interference by the communications the Blackberry does with home base. The static is heard not only on the phone but even the PC speakers.

anyone else out there have blackberry users?

  threat in the first place.

  I finally was able to go over and sit with the user.  Users pc speakers
  are right behind the phone.  When user got a high importance email the
  email client beeped.  She thought it was the phone when in all reality
  it was her computer.

  Lesson learned.... don't start a threat until you work with the user.
