[cisco-voip] 7905G Phone gets disconnected

Hi all,
i have a 7905G with the following features:

*MAC Address* 	000DED0BF888
*Host Name* 	SEP000DED0BF888
*Phone DN* 	666
*App Load ID* 	CP7905060101SCCP050421A
*Boot Load ID* 	LD0100BOOT021112A
*Software Version* 	6.1.1(050421A)
*Hardware Revision* 	0x0004 0x0000
*Serial Number* 	INM07381HWJ
*Product ID* 	CP-7905G
*H/W Features* 	0x00000000
*BTXML Cards Version* 	LD04-25-2002#0
*Message Waiting* 	NO


Sometimes it looses connectivity with the CCM ( i have tried it in both 
CCM 4.1.0 and 3.3.4) and it reassociates with it in a few seconds!! I 
have changed the patch cord and the switch port. Only this phone has 
this behavior. Sometimes it can happen in the middle of a call.
Is there a way to monitor its behavior?
