Thanks, I got it working,
But I am wondering now, I saw to options for dealing with is and the
second is by configuring voice mail profile in CCM wich will directly
route a call from 9704066 ext to 302 extension's voice mail box.
Do you know the pros and cons of the two options in brief

BR,
Teo

Hi Teo,

I think the answer to your issue would be to use an Alternative
extension on the 302 subscriber. This is configured from Subscribers >
Alternative Extensions page.

You should place the DTMF ID of 9704066 in this field, if this is the
full number being passed over from CCM, then when Unity sees this number
coming in it will play the 302 subscriber greeting.

You should be able to confirm what is being passed over DTMF wise by
using the Call Viewer Utility in Unity Tools Depot.

Hi to All,

Does anybody knows how can I share a mail box between two users.

Actualy the scenario is as follows:

One phone have an extension in my IP network (302), There is an logical
phone registered in the CCM which forwards all calls destined to 9704066
from the outside callers to the same extension.

I made Unity account for the phone with the extension 302 and another
one for 9704042,but the phone can only check the voice mail box for 302.

So how can I make that so all the messages are going in the same mail
box, and the person will not have to dial to different mail boxes ?

BR,

Teo
