[cisco-voip] Unity Transfer

I have a setup like follows
 Translation Pattern -> CTI Route Point w/ Forward all to VM -> Unity 
CallHandler
 With this setup, when a call gets to the callhandler that I have setup for 
doing a transfer back to an operator during the day and taking a message at 
night, it will never perform the transfer and always takes teh message.
 Internally if i dial the voicemail pilot number and enter the extension of 
the call handler it then works? But from the outside using hte translation 
pattern and cti route point it does not.
 Any ideas?
