[cisco-voip] Caller ID connected with Personal Address Book

Hello

I Have question from my management -> is it a possibility to somehow
connect calling numbers ( from PSTN and GSM ) with phones added to
Personal Address Book. For example , I don't answer phones ( calls ) if
this number is not known to me . I assume that all known phones I've
added to Personal Address Book. Is it possible to merge those
informations or how can I do such an identification ? 
Now I can see only calling number .
