Which should not be affected according to the bug toolkit.
I currently have a open case regarding this (601319785 if anyone from cisco wants to look at it). We had the problem with 2 customers after upgrading from 12.2 to 12.3T. We were able to solve the problem by downgrading to 12.2.15T16 (which afaik is the last version before the session ap was upgraded).
If downgrading to 12.2 is an option for you, I would to this.
Can anyone from cisco shed some light on this?

Cheers
