[cisco-voip] forcing firmware update

Hello,

I have a 7960, and I would like to update the firmware. I have the
OS79XX.txt file created, and is working for all other phones. However,
this 7960 has a weird proprietary covad image, and it seems to be
looking for MGCDefault.cnf on the TFTP server. I don't have this file.
Is it a plain text file I need to create? What is the format of the
file? Cisco says I need to set the image_version parameter. Is this an
XML file? What is the format. Can someone attach a MGCDefault.cnf file
for me to copy?
