[cisco-voip] Video Calls H.323/SCCP <-> PRI

Only with certain gateways and a few gateway connections (gk controlled  
trunk being one of them).  The IP Video SRND talks about this in  
detail.  I know for certain MGCP gateways can't do it because CM can't  
do the b-channel bonding necessary for video.
