In that case sounds like caller ID is being dropped in the handoff between
your work telco and home telco (or possibly even within the same telco).

Actually I am referring to two fields under the OUTBOUND Calls Heading
of the PRI config page.
Called Numbering Plan: Private
Calling Numbering plan: Private

numbering plan should be different from presentation indicator. Sounds
like
you have presentation indicator set to private on the gateway config
page.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Private Calls
We have started to implement Centrex PRI's at some of our locations.
The
telco settings require us to set Protocol DMS-100 and to mark the calls
as
private (numbering plan). When I call my cell phone I see the correct
10
digit caller id. When I call my house I get a message saying that the
call
is being screened by privavcy director (service to screen private or
unknown
calls). This did not happen with the older PRI's. Anyone know if there
is a
setting on the MGCP PRI page that would alleviate this issue? Other
solutions?
Thanks
Carlos Ortiz
