I some PBX's there is such a thing as "exclusive" hold. CallManager 4.1(3), receptionists have a shared line and they are constantly picking each others "held" calls on accident. Is there any way that with a shared line the only person who can take that call off hold is the phone who put that caller on hold. TIA, andy
