[cisco-voip] Echo between sccp phones on the same switch; QRT experience

I'm getting credible reports of echo during conversations between 2 phones 
on the same 3524 switch.  Any ideas before I start looking at logs and 
sniffer traces?  Has anyone enabled QRT, and has it been of any help in 
reporting problems like this?

CCM 4.1(2) SR1
7940s, SCCP, P00307000200
3524 switch software: c3500xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.WC9

No errors reported on the 2 switchports since 9/30/2004.
