[cisco-voip] Trace for Incoming Digits

Paul,
h323 or mgcp gateway?
set the CM trace level to detailed.
if h323 gw, check the box in the upper left for h245 debug and check the
box for all gw debug
if mgcp, check the box for all gw debug
if h323, dtmf comes across in h245 message and prints out in ASN.1
decode (look for a bunch of curly braces {})
if MGCP, dtmf comes across in Notify packets as an (O)bserved event.
