You will need at least layer 2 to register.

I normally plug in a loopback plug for staging.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Question on PRI Gateway

I've got my 3640 properly configured (or so I believe), but it isn't
showing up as registered on my CCM (4.x).. To me it appears as though
the gateway is properly configured as it shows as being "registered" to
the primary CCM (my subscriber).

Here's what I see on the gateway:

What appears to be missing? Let me know if you need config snippets...
Now, my PRI is not plugged in yet, but I didn't think that was
necessary.. Any tips are greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
