Is it an AC pilot point or a CM pilot point? If it's an AC one then
look at the TCD service as well as global directory.

The Publisher CM service was down and restarted the
CM service and everything seemed to be working.  But now the Pilot
Point seems to be in a Busy state.  What do I need to look at?

Why would a hunt group just stop working?
