[cisco-voip] Problems with incoming calls

Hi,

I have Cisco 2611 with 2 Voice FXO interface inside of it (IOS 
12.2(24a)). Making calls from my Cisco 7960 phone to PSTN works great 
but all incoming calls from PSTN fail after 2 rings with the busy 
signal, Also I never see any SIP traffic leaving my 2611 on the incoming 
calls. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is portion my config 
and a debug log.
