That has been tried and we even rebooted the servers.

We may just open a TAC case...

i can't read them, but i trust you.

the only thing that i can think of perhaps is that the phones are
keeping their devicepool information somehow. can you reset the phones?

If in the device defaults config page you have that device pool
listed for any of the devices, you will have to change it to something
else before you delete it. You can click on the dependancy record to
bring you right to the screen (or one hop away) on which you have to
make the changes.

It shows 7 Records are using Device Pool: APPTIS-14155DP
of record type 'device defaults' but as I mentioned below, it is in use
by 0 members.

		This is CCM 4.1(3)

I have removed all devices from a device pool, but when
I attempt to delete it, a popup states that it is in use by the device
defaults. The Device Pool I want to delete is called APPTIS-14155DP. I
checked the Device Defaults and it is not in use. I have tried rebooting
the CCMs and looking through logs. I am not sure what the issue is, but
the DP in use for the device defaults is APPTIS-14155-DEV_DP, and not
APPTIS-14155DP.

		Has anyone seen anything similar?

		Thanks,

Error received when deleting the APPTIS-14155DP Device
Pool.
