Hello,

We have a customer which is having intermittent DTMF relay issues where
their auto-attendant doesn't receive all the digits correctly. The customer
has a Cisco 3745 running CME and is connecting to us via an FXO port to
an Cisco IAD 2431 with FXS interface. The signaling protocol is MGCP.

Here is the call flow:
PSTN Switch--->5350 Gateway--->3rd party call agent--->MGCP
IAD-FXS--->FXO-3745

Call comes in successfully, caller gets prompted to dial an extension,
caller
dials 102#, auto-attendant responds that the extension is invalid. Also,
when
customer removes the 'caller-id enable' option, there aren't any DTMF
issues.

Relevant parts of IAD config:

voice-port 2/0
 no vad
 no battery-reversal
 idle-voltage high

dial-peer voice 1 pots
 application mgcpapp
 port 2/0

Relevant parts of 3745 config:

 voice-port 1/0/0
  translate calling 2
  connection plar 100
  caller-id enable

 dial-peer voice 671 voip
  destination-pattern 671
  session protocol sipv2
  session target ipv4:10.10.11.2
  dtmf-relay sip-notify
  codec g711ulaw
  no vad

Any information is appreciated.

Thanks,
Anthony
