No it does not. No DTMF from neither side, I tried all options before with no luck. 

I read somewhere that Avaya 1.3 does not work well with DTMF over IP. I am waiting to upgrade the Avaya to the latest Cm2.2 to see if it resolves the issue.

I also hope to migrate to CCM but Im facing concerns from the current admin because he doesn't want the Call Center to Migrate so we will need both systems in place.

I'm not using IP trunking at this point...I just happened to have the 
Avaya administrative terminal up when I got the message.  We're using a 
PRI at the moment, and probably won't go IP, as we hope to move to 100% 
CCM this year.
