[cisco-voip] FXO port busy

Hi guys,

1. I'm having a slight problem here. Sometimes when a user does not hang
up or terminate properly, my FXO port stays in a busy state and users
can no longer dial out to the PSTN. Is there some kind of timeout that I
can set on my cisco 2600 router so that I will free the port after a
certain period of time?

2. Also, I understand that we can do accounting on the Cisco router using :

aaa new-model
aaa group server radius aaa.router
server RADIUS_SERVER_IP auth-port 1812 acct-port 1813
aaa accounting connection h323 start-stop group radius
gw-accounting h323
gw-accounting h323 vsa
gw-accounting voip

However, on which database / table is it stored? What information will
be written to the dBase? Currently, I'm using Sip instead of H323, so
how can I change the configuration to do gateway accounting for Sip?

Please advise.

Regards,
YY
