[cisco-voip] 7940 - "DSP Keepalive timeout"

Hello,

 

I have a customer at a remote site that has a 7940 with the following
symptoms since this morning :

*	Everything looks normal on the handset except a message at the
bottom: "DSP Keepalive timeout"
*	Phone is registered
*	If I call him, phone rings; when he picks up, connection occurs (I
see "Connected" on my 7940) but none of us hear anything
*	He does not get a dialtone
*	Hard and soft reboot have been tried

 

Anybody has an idea?
