[cisco-voip] Help - 7970 Not registering

Make sure the phone can reach it's TFTP server and make sure no firewall 
or access list is blocking the 'file not found' response to the phone's 
TFTP GET request for CTLSEP<mac> file.  After that, reset the phone to 
factory defaults to clear any certificates that may have been installed 
before you received the phone.
