[cisco-voip] Help - 7970 Not registering

Had configured a 7970G last week at my desk with 6.0(3)sr1 load, CCM 3.3
(3)sr4a, working fine.  I moved it to another room this morning (Same 
subnet/VLAN) and it now gets a "CTL Update Failed" message and cycles 
continuously.  The Security Config screen shows no CTL file installed 
on the phone.

Why did this happen, and how can I fix it?
