[cisco-voip] Teaming PRI's

We are currently trying to move 2 PRI's out of our existing PBX and into
a 3725 MGCP gateway.  The config of the PRI's per the telco is:

We are oupulsing 4 digits the protocol is NI1

NFAS arrangement with 1 D channel.

Anyone know how to configure 2 PRI's with one D channel on the same MGCP
gateway? Better yet on different gateways?
