[cisco-voip] AD plugin issue

I hope you don't have two IP addresses on your CM server now.  That's 
totally not supported and a good way to cause major issues.

Confirmed something wrong, now CCMPWDchanger says CCMAdministrator 
doesn't exist.  Same for CCMSysuser and IPMASysuser.
