Just worries about down-time and stability really. Being free really
helps. I'll be proposing it to them this week. Hopefully, we can get
the go-ahead for it.

CallManager 3.3(4) or later in the 3.3 train
or 4.1(2) or later in the 4.1 train.
So long as you purchased a SAS or SASU contract, the upgrade from 4.0 to
4.1 is free. Are there other impediments to your upgrade?
