I've never seen the power blocks that come with 7936 conference 
stations since we don't have one but if you wish to do PoE for single 
phones you can buy 3com single port midspans [1] very cheaply that 
can power 7912s (and 7940s if you are happy making a custom patch 
lead).

We've used these in areas where we only have 1 or 2 phones hanging 
off of one switch with great success and it's a lot nicer than 
powering the phones using the cisco power blocks since you can plug 
the midspan into the same supply/UPS as your switch as you would 
like.
