[cisco-voip] updating calling search spaces twice with 4.1.3

Has anyone who is using 4.1.3 found they have to update a CSS twice in order for the change to take effect?

I know that I pressed it at least once, because the changes that I made are there when I go back and search. Trace files don't show a partition in the PSS listing and when I press update again, voila, it works.

Wierd.
