[cisco-voip] 7970 do not register to callmanager 4.1(2)

Hi!
I have a 7970 Phone which do not register to the callmanager.
It only register to the SRST. I have removed the Phone configuration
from the callmanager and added it again, but it doesn't help.
VLAN and switch configuration are correct. I have another
7970 Phones which register normally to the callmanager.
On the 7970 Display I see the messages: NO CTL found and after
that "Defaulting to the tftp Server" and then it registers to the
SRST Server.
On the IP Phone I checked the network preferences and there
I found that this Phone gets no tftp server.
The value for the tftp server is "255.255.255.255".
Why only this Phone get this error and the others not ?
Any ideas ??
Is this a hardware failure of the Phone ?
