In CM 4.1 the AC has a button to transfer to Voice mail. If it's a
previous version of CM you will need to
Press the Transfer button or Messages key.
Press #, wait a second, and then dial the extension number, #, and 2.
Press the End Call button or hang up to transfer the call to the
personal greeting.

Subject: [cisco-voip] simple question
Hello all,
I have a rather simple question.
I have a receptionist, who would like to transfer calls directly into
someones voicemail other than the main box. I have iDivert placed on
each users softkey template, but I am looking for an automatic transfer
to voicemail, with no intervention by the manager to whom the call is
being transferred. Is this a do not disturb function? How can this be
done easily?
Thanks,
Avidan
