[cisco-voip] H.323 slow start (H.245)

any one had trouble or seen differences lately with the TCP ports used for
h.245 negotiation, I understand the range to be 11000 to 11999, but am
seeing different behaviour in some version of cisco IOS where they are using
11000 to 65535

just interested in comments/experience
