Dude,
Hire a consultant.
You want to setup the switches in a "star" configuration; where one of
the switches acts as the main switch and all the others attach to it.
Your firewall should also attach to the main switch.
You'll want to setup the ports that are used for the switch-to-switch
connections as trunks, and seeing as this is a VoIP list you will also
want to setup a Voice vlan that runs across the switches and is selected
on a port level via "switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q" on each of
your ports.
These things are all easy to do for guys that have doing it for years
now, but if you are asking questions like one below, get ready for a
weeks worth of reading followed by some weeks of trail and error, before
you stumble upon the standard configs that a consultant will simply slap
on your switches.
