Yep.
Also, you might reconsider using the 3750s.  Check out the 3560Gs instead.  
Standards-based, rather than proprietary stacking.  And a 
newer, higher-speed switch, at a lower price.  The 3750s are getting a 
little long in the tooth.  Plus, if you ever have to pull one from the 
stack, get ready for infinite headaches with the stack configuration.
