I just sent out a basic email on how to setup greeting and retrieve
messages. Then I also send them a copy of the quick cheat sheet.

If users want to learn more, I have put together some custom
documentation on different features. IE distribution list, TTS, Live
record, etc.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Training for End Users

For those of you who migrated to Unity, how did you handle Unity
training for your end users? Did you bring someone in, use videos, or
paper handouts? We're looking for options out there and we might be
willing to purchase any software that does Unity training.

Thanks!
