the telephone and the new Unity Voicemail system will be reviewed.

an IP telephone, model 7960 or 7940.

to:

speed-dial buttons.

2. Answer and transfer calls.

3. Initiate Conference calls.

4. Forward IP Telephone to voicemail, another telephone or a cell

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Training for End Users

For those of you who migrated to Unity, how did you handle Unity
training for your end users? Did you bring someone in, use videos, or
paper handouts? We're looking for options out there and we might be
willing to purchase any software that does Unity training.

Thanks!
