[cisco-voip] Voice call sounds bad

Has anyone had problems with phones (7940) with the far end sounds bad.
Missing works / sentences but the far end hears just fine?

 

I'm not getting the same reports from anyone else at this remote site.
CM 4.1.3sr1 and 7.2.2 firmware.  

 

I think I'm going to replace the phone and see what happens.
