If you have a lot of them that you have to change, I'm sure you could work some magic with the export phones tool in BAT, then manipulate the data to make them 7960s when you import them back in.
Worth the trouble for 10 phones? Probably not. Any more than 50 I would seriously consider it though.

  Hello everyone. I have several phones that were input incorrectly as 7940's and I need to change them to 7960's does anyone know how I can do this without entering them again such as through a SQL command. Thanks.
