[cisco-voip] Changing softkeys on 7940/7960 sip load

Is there a way to choose which soft keys appear at which times?

When you have a call, the default keys are very poor choices.
"conference"? What percentage of calls do you end up doing a conference
as opposed to "Transfer" which is under the "more" menu?

We would like to move "Transfer" to the first page and get rid of
conference.

Also, DND is about 7 key presses to active. We need it front-and-center.

Is there any possible way to do this?
