[cisco-voip] IPCC Express password recovery

Hi guys,

One question regarding IPCC Express(CRS3.1) password recovery.
Usually I can change user password in CallManager side. But in case
of CRS user deleted in CallManager side(misoperation) and no one
remember user name for CRS. How can I process password recovery
for CRS. I'm wondering if I find out CRS user name within DC-Diretory
or Active Directory. But I can't find it.
