I just upgraded IPCCx from ver 3.5.2 to 4.0.1.

 

If you are running integration with AD.  Don't try it!

 

22 hours of TAC involved install.

 

Wait until 4.0.2 is out.  They said the problems we had are almost all
fixed in version 4.0.2.

PS.  You can't run the BARS backup and restore / upgrade from a windows
xp box.  Your better off using your CM.  This is not well documented in
the upgrade guide.
