[cisco-voip] Unity view mail

I have Unity 4.0.5 with UM on Exchange 2003.

 

I have a user that when they try to use the View mail in Outlook to play
to the phone it comes up with a box: username, password, and domain.
All other users don't have this come up.  How do I fix this?  I have
rebooted the Unity server and the PC.  Do I just need to reinstall the
View Mail client?
