[cisco-voip] 911 & FXO dialing

I've got a small branch office that only requires 2 pots lines for normal
operation.  However, if someone needs to place a 911 call I'd like to
configure the gateway to drop a line and place this priority call.  Any
ideas?  I really don't want to put in a dedicated pots line for 911 that
ONLY gets used for that since 911 calls should be fairly rare.

Ideas?
