[cisco-voip] Deleting DN from phone to move to Pilot

Hi Tim,
If you have CCM 4.x then the deleted number is still in the CCM DB as
an "Unassigned DN". Go to CCMAdmin > Route Plan > Route Plan Report.
In the "Find" pull down select "Unassigned DN" and search for 7000. It
should find the number. Delete it from this page then try adding the
Pilot Point again.
